We have bucked the trend in the tool hire market over the last two years, delivering strong revenue growth, winning major new national accounts and expanding our national branch network. We have ambitious plans for the next phase of development and want to recruit high calibre individuals in several key areas to help us achieve our goals.
Business Development Director (Non-construction) Home based. Excellent salary/benefits package.

You will possess a recent track record of winning major accounts as well as proven senior level commercial experience within a relevant sector (eg. facilities management, public sector, retail operations) as well as a high level of motivation and strong commercial skills.
Business Development Managers (Construction/non-construction) Home based. Excellent salary/benefits package.
• Maximise revenue and profit by winning and developing a range of major Key responsibilities: accounts in a variety of different market sectors
Experience within relevant sectors at a similar level is required and you will be able to demonstrate a recent track record of winning major accounts, from identification of opportunity to negotiation and delivery of service. You will also need a proven track record of delivering continuous revenue and profit growth via your management of major existing accounts.
Regional Sales Director South East – Home based. Excellent salary/benefits package.
Key responsibilities:
• Direct, manage and lead the region’s sales team, ensuring sales growth • Lead bids for major accounts and personally manage a select number
is delivered at profitable rates of key accounts
You will need to have experience of successful team management and major account development in a related market sector.
Regional Account Managers and Account Managers All areas – Home based. Excellent salary/benefits package.
Key responsibilities:
• Target and develop key regional accounts in a defined geographical territory • Support our national accounts team in developing revenues within
the major account base in your region
Previous sales experience with multi-site small tools business or related market sector for both roles is desirable. You will be able to demonstrate a proven ability to win, develop and grow major accounts and manage all aspects of the client’s business.
