news to use CANADA'S TOP NEW STORIES Québec set to slide
QUEBEC is unveiling two great new winter attractions for this season. From December 24, visitors can
follow a 7.5km run specially designed for rodeling - or sledding. The rodeling departure point is on Mont à Liguori. In addition, Montréal will also have a
unique ice village designed as a frozen replica of itself. Open from January 6 to March 27, the ice village is being built out of ice and snow and includes an ice hotel, snow igloos, an ice restaurant, an ice bar and ice chapel. The village will be on Montréal's St Helene Island (accessed easily by Metro).

MT. Norquay has re-opened its historic Walk the walk in
VANCOUVER is calling all daredevils to come and sample its newest attraction: the Capilano Suspension Bridge’s Cliffwalk. This heart-stopping cliff-side journey
takes visitors on a connected series of suspended walkways jutting out from a granite cliff face high above the Capilano River. At its highest point, Cliffwalk is suspended 90 metres above the canyon floor and features spiralling
narrow walkways, bridges and stairs, with spectacular views of the temperate rainforest that surrounds it. Those following the walk can stop at
glass-bottomed platforms for an unobstructed view. The Capilano Suspension Bridge is already a popular attraction in the city with a Treetops Adventure area, Totem Park and, of course, the bridge itself, built in 1889.
