CHOOSE THIS FAM? I went to Vancouver many years ago and Alberta was the next place that appealed to me, for its scenery and the all-round 'Canada-ness' quality that it has. It certainly didn’t let me down!
HIGHLIGHTS? The entire trip was just a stunning experience, with every new corner and bend in the road revealing a new scenic masterpiece! We flew into Edmonton, a city that I
really liked. We had an enjoyable night there, then drove down to Jasper. Specific highlights included a motorcyle ride, a rafting experience on the Athabasca River, and the Jasper Tramway, but everything we did was special in its own right. Alberta is a beautiful, tranquil and
exciting destination – in fact, it is my favourite holiday destination and where I will go to live the moment I win the Lottery!
WHICH CLIENTS? Mostly Alberta will appeal to couples over a certain age. I'll be suggesting it to clients that are that little bit more relaxed about their finances and holiday budget. Alberta is not a cheap destination but
it is a quality destination. It is not a package destination but is best-suited to those confident about touring and discovering some of the most stunning scenery under their own steam.

HIGHLIGHTS? We had so many and I truly enjoyed all the activities that had been organised for us. My absolute highlight was gently floating down the Athabasca river with Jasper Raft Tours, taking in some of the most stunning breathtakingly beautiful scenery in the world! I approached the Segway tour with
some trepidation but it turned out to be great fun.
WHICH CLIENTS? Alberta is a destination for everybody, for all ages and all client types. It is a year-round destination which is easily accessible once in Canada by plane, road or rail. I'll suggest it to customers looking for a

little relaxation and pampering – which they can find in several superb locations across the province, like the impressive new spa facilities at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. It's also ideal for those in search of an
exhilarating experience, such as can be found on the ski slopes at Marmot Basin or sightseeing, as we did, from the top of Whistler Mountain. Then there is great shopping at

outlets like the unique West Edmonton Mall, looking for wildlife – bears, moose and even wolves are regularly spotted when travelling along the Jasper Park Iceway – and loo0king out for the Northern Lights at several spots across the province.
