Co-op Connections Card Puts Value in Your Wallet
We’re always looking for ways to provide value to our members and the communities we serve, espe- cially during tough economic times. NFEC’s Co-op Connections® member wallet cards and key fobs pro- vide you with a real money-saving tool. The program connects you with discounts on everything from hotel stays to prescription drugs. A wide variety of merchants throughout our com- munity accept Co-op Connections cards. Be sure to present the card at the register to receive your dis- count! We hope local businesses participating in our for the program at no cost. For a complete list of all participating businesses in our area, simply visit www.
connections.coop.
The card also gives you access to online savings at more than 90 national retailers like Barnes&Noble. com, Hertz Rental Cars, Best Western hotels, and Pro-
Flowers.com.
One of the most valuable features of the Co-op Connections card is the pharmacy discount. While not insurance, the discount can deliver savings of 10 per- cent to 60 percent on prescription drugs. The logo and information on the back of your card is recognized at more than 60,000 national, regional, and 12-001 local pharmacies.
The pharmacy discount has been widely used by co-ops that are members of Touchstone Energy® Cooperatives, resulting in combined savings of nearly $20 million on prescriptions. -

Co-op Family Christmas Helping for Eighth Year
The holidays will be here soon and although it’s a joyous time of year for most of us, many area families will be doing without this year.
The NFEC-sponsored Co-op Family Christmas program helps those who are not as fortunate as most. This will be our eighth year for this program. Created by NFEC employees, it continues to be their program as they work to make the season brighter through their generosity.
If you would like to make a donation or a mone- tary contribution, or nominate a family for this pro- gram, please contact Kay Brown at our Sayre head- quarters at (580) 928-3366.
More information about this program will be in- cluded in the December issue of Sparks & Flashes.
