“Two men were involved in the paint job. David Holsum- back and Chris Marcotte. No more than two sections at a time could safely be put together so we started with section one and two blended them together, took them apart and put sections two and three together and did the same. We didn’t know what it was going to look like until it was put together on the massive foundation weeks later. We had to paint the sections by the computer generated plans and hope it was go- ing to look like a Peavey guitar when we were done.”
