Program, Accepts Entries The ESA Leadership Summit announced it will begin accepting entries to its newly founded Best Practice Awards Program. The awards program will recognize com- panies implementing management proce- dures that have achieved excellent results for their companies’ operations and have set an example for the industry-at-large. The selected winners will receive expo- sure in ESA publications, on the summit website and in a panel presentation live at the summit. In addition to brand expo- sure, winners will also receive an award and a $500 cash prize. The Best Practice Awards Program will recognize six companies for their best practices in: financial, legal and human capital management; recurring revenue management; growth strategies; produc- tion management (design and installation); and sales and marketing management. “We’re very excited about this new

Rothstein, Swan Tri-Ed / Northern Video Distribution announced the promotion of two senior management executives. James Rothstein was named executive vice president of sales and marketing. He will be responsible for branch sales in the U.S. market, as well as marketing and supplier relations for the organization. Rothstein is based in the Woodbury, N.Y., corporate office. He has more than 20 years of industry experience, during the last six of which he served as senior vice president of Tri-Ed Distribution. Paul Swan was named vice president of sales and marketing, and will be respon- sible for branch sales in the Canadian market as well as marketing and supplier relations.
