In return, Mahjong Logic will have Cozy Games’ leading online bingo software as part of its overall offer- ing. Both companies have begun the process of a unified and integrated back- end system.

The agreement will enable Paf to upgrade its online bingo and soft gaming offerings to take advantage of Parlay5’s advanced inter- national capabilities. The launch is planned for Q1 2011. Paf’s online gaming systems are hosted in Åland, an autonomous region of Finland, from where the company has offered on- line gaming as a public association since 1999. CEO Anders Ingves commented: “In- ternational expansion and providing our customers with a broad range of excellent content are of strategic importance to Paf. We chose Parlay because of their proven track record in delivering in those areas.”

He told investors at his firm’s interim report: “An important bridgehead to the South American market was established by signing a new licence agreement with one of the largest gaming operators in South America, Betboo, in July. South America is

one of many inter- esting geo- graphical regions on which we will in- crease our focus going for- ward.”

Gaming VC alleges that its customer database has been illegally exploited by some em- ployees of Boss Media or its sister firm St Minver. It is also seeking an injunction to prevent Boss Media withdrawing its servic- es to Gaming VC in Italy.


In response, Boss Media is seeking de- claratory relief that it has not breached its confidentiality obligations through Arbi- tration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, but Gaming VC is challenging the jurisdiction of the insti- tute.
