OCS Triumphs at International Web Advertising Awards

Pocket Guide launched...


...The industry Bible for all things insulated!


Idenden, Bostik’s specialist insulation division, has launched a brand new product guide to it’s range of specialist fixing and protection products for thermal insulation. The easy-to-use product selector gives the user descriptions of all Idenden products as well as providing helpful information regarding the selection of products and their suitability to a particular task.


The first revision in 10 years and appropriately titled ‘The Product Guide’, the handy booklet is divided into sections according to product type – tapes, coatings, adhesives and sealants etc. – describing each product briefly together with information such as typical coverage, colour and pack size. It also showcases the new modern packaging design that has been introduced across the product range.


The guide usefully includes a very handy technical table allowing the reader to select a product and then quickly access it’s important technical standards such as bond time, service temperature and approximate coverage and it’s associated certification if appropriate. Also at the back of the guide is a product selector matrix that makes matching product to insulation type very simple. With the vast number of products available and each product designed to offer a range of different characteristics, choosing the correct one can often be very challenging, especially as there is often an overlap for some applications. This pocket-sized handbook has been designed to reduce this confusion and make sure that the correct product is used for the correct job, be it HVAC, asbestos abatement, industrial and process plant, fire protection or marine and offshore.
