UKTI’s environment and water team goes on the road
UKTI is coming to a place near you! A series of international environment and water clinics will be held from 21 to 25 June in Oxford, Leicester, Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle. Free to attend, the clinics will offer businesses the chance to meet UKTI offi cials, from both London and overseas posts, and to fi nd out more about exporting their products and services. Participants will be able to discover how and why
priority markets are chosen. They will also fi nd out about UKTI activities planned for these countries in the year ahead. Companies interested in exporting, whether for the fi rst time, or looking to expand existing overseas trade links,

UKTI helps fi rms to target overseas buyers at Sustainabilitylive!
At Sustainabilitylive! this year UKTI will once again provide a platform for UK companies to develop their overseas businesses. UKTI trade advisers will be on hand to provide export advice and guidance. On Tuesday 20 April UKTI is hosting a free introductory
market presentation event (11am, Piazza Suite 4) at the show. Commercial offi cers from the United States, UAE, Portugal, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, Cyprus, India, China and Saudi Arabia will give a presentation on their respective markets, along with a representative from UKTI’s Aid Funded Business Service. This will be followed by a networking lunch at 12.45pm. On Wednesday 21 April a ‘meet the buyer’ event will be held (10.00am-4.00pm, Piazza Suite 1-3) where UK companies can meet buyers from the same ten overseas markets. UKTI will also have a large stand presence at the show (stand M5) and will be on hand to explain how it can help UK companies to export their products overseas.
