The Dearborn Inn| MI
The Dearborn Inn, a Marriott® Hotel, re-
cently underwent a multi-million dollar reno- vation. Renovations to the meeting and event space were a major part of the transformation. Installation of new wall coverings, window treatments and carpeting were all part of the renovation as well as restoration to the 70 year old chandeliers. The modern feel of the hotel is coupled with extraordinary craftsmanship as it was restored to its original grandeur. Energy effi ciency and sustainability was at the forefront of this renovation. Windows and
lighting were installed that minimize the facility’s impact on energy usage. Existing furniture was refi nished and reupholstered. The Dearborn Inn is near downtown Detroit and the Detroit Metropolitan Air-
port.
