WSMA Awards and Product Mall

This spring, the new WSMA Awards and Product Mall has been rolled out, introducing Wisconsin-based company Medalcraft Mint as an official WSMA partner. Together with Medalcraft Mint, WSMA is committed to providing members with the best possible quality – from the products ordered to the service received. This new partnership has allowed WSMA to offer members “24-7” access, traceable shipping numbers, faster turn- around times and lower shipping costs while not raising the cost or effecting the quality of the festival medals. The new online product mall is the place to purchase authentic WSMA products, including member-only items, such as District and State Solo & Ensemble medals and other awards!

The quickest, most efficient method of payment is by credit or purchasing card (WSMA advises checking with a school business manager prior to placing an order). However, those who cannot use a school credit or purchasing card should contact Medalcraft Mint at 800-558-6348 for a simple work around!

Special thanks to members for purchasing awards officially through WSMA, supporting both their state organization and Wisconsin economy!

Here are simple steps to ordering WSMA medals and other awards:

1. Login to the “Members” area of the WSMA web site:

2. Click the link in the yellow box: “Order WSMA Medals & Awards Online”

WSMA Festival News

Each year, volunteers fine-tune their efforts for the success of WSMA Festivals. From office personnel to room monitors, concession workers and results runners – numerous volunteers and hundreds of volunteer hours are required in hosting a suc- cessful festival.

Leading the charge are the festival managers. Colleagues, student participants, parents and family of student participants, adjudica- tors and the WSMA office staff appreciate their leadership and dedication. See list of festival managers for 2009-10 beginning on next page.
