WSMA Marching Showcase

x

Plans are underway for the WSMA Marching Showcase to be held in conjunction with the Wisconsin State Fair on Sunday, August 15 at the State Fair Grounds in West Allis. This showcase will combine the fun and excitement of the Wisconsin State Fair with the spectacle of bands performing in the grandstand.

This unique opportunity allows directors to bring their bands to the fair, perform for an appreciative crowd, participate in an educational experience, reward students and be evaluated by

marching band professionals. As participants in this event, stu- dents receive free access to the fair as well as the opportunity to perform on the State Fair Mainstage. Directors and students will receive written and verbal feedback and an attractive participa- tion plaque. Starting at 3 p.m., the Marching Showcase will be an exciting event for those involved.
