Sarah Blackman B.A., M.Sc. (2000)

For the last few years, Sarah has been working for one of the most creative integrated marketing agencies in Paris – Proximity BBDO, as their International strategic grooming brands in Western Europe, and helps the global network build its digital business.

David T Hayward M.A. (2000)

David and his wife, Christine, are proud to welcome their baby son, Thomas Patrick Hayward, born 2 May 2009.

Mark Chambers Ph.D. (2001)

Mark will soon be involved in a three year Leverhulme Trust-funded research project into medieval languagemixing and evidence from unpublished manuscript sources in the British National Archives. Mark is currently based at the University of Westminster in London.

Anthony (Tony) O'Donnell B.A.I., Ph.D. (2001)

Tony was elected to Kildare County Council in June's local elections. Tony is a former Deputy President of TCDSU, and was a candidate for the University of Dublin in 2002's Seanad Election.

David E McCarthy M.Phil. (2005)

David, a composer, had the world premiere of his electronics sonata performed by pianist and composer David Bremner at the National Concert Hall, Dublin on 22 September 2009.

Idar Douglas Hillgaar M.Sc. (2006)

Having fi nishing his M.Sc., Idar accepted an offer from Ericsson LMI. Idar has been involved in implementing telecom features and more recently moved closer to the business side of Telecom in Ericsson Athlone.

Miguel Rodríguez-Gorman B.A, (2007)

Having worked for the European Commission in Washington, DC, Miguel returned to Europe with his fi ancée, Brody Letson. They are to be married in October 2009 and currently live in Brussels, Belgium.

Iain Aitchison Diploma Construction Law and Contract (2008)

Iain leads HKR Architects in Bucharest, Romania. Awarded a Diploma in Construction Law and Contract Administration facilitated Iain becoming an Arbitrator. This could soon become his full-time career.
