Tested and approved for Synthetic Surfaces
Over the past 12 months AGM has worked closely with Brinton, manufacturer of MMC-Pro, in tests on all of its artificial sports surfaces. “The results of these tests
were very positive,” comments Rob Norton, AGM Marketing Manager, “and confirm what we’ve always felt that MMC- Pro is an extremely effective cure for moss and algae across
all artificial grass surfaces regardless of infill. As MMC- Pro contains a disinfectant to limit infection from sporting injuries, it’s the perfect choice for sports surfaces. That’s why our contract department has been using it nationwide for over three years.

RoSPA say they have helped with a large number of excellent natural play schemes in the last year with their plan checking and inspection service. A spokesperson commented “in these times of cutbacks the provision of natural play areas can prove to be a very economic way of providing high play value facilities at an economic price” RoSPA also say that with the winter upon us, now is the time for all the maintenance
work etc to get play areas up to standard for next year. It is important that all involved have sufficient knowledge of the relevant standard and safety issues. If they have not already attended one, now is the time to put them on a RoSPA Inspection and Maintenance course. These can also prove invaluable to all those involved in the planning and design of play facilities
