PUTIN HAD LITTLE TO FEAR FROM JOE BIDEN Vladimir Putin would have never even entertained the thought of invading another nation if Donald Trump were still commander in chief, with emphasis on the word commander. But having seen what happened in 2014 (nothing) when he annexed Crimea while Joe Biden was vice president, he knew he had little to fear now that Biden was in the White House. In 1962, during the Cuban Missile Crisis, did Soviet President Nikita Khrushchev know John F. Kennedy would use nukes if he had to? He most certainly did, and he backed down. DON’T FORGET THE BORDER Putin has accomplished one thing already: The catastrophe on our southern border is no longer covered, even by conservative media. With the spotlight on Ukraine, illegals are still swarming across the Rio Grande and being secretly fl own to cities around the country. Please don’t forget this story; our nation is in danger. TIME FOR HARRIS TO GO Thank you, Newsmax, for featuring the article by Peggy Noonan, one of the few journalists left blessed with good old common sense! (“Harris Out of Her Depth,” February). She writes about Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris: “The president is old, and his judgment is questionable: Harris seems out of her depth. We will have another three years of this?” Like Biden, Harris rambles and waffl es on matters of great national importance — like national security and the border — that Americans want to hear about. Harris should do the right thing — resign! Then Joe should do the same!

DR. OZ WILL REVAMP SENATE For too long, the U.S. Senate has obfuscated on critical legislation

which could actually improve the lives of average Americans. Dr. Mehmet Oz has nailed the problem with the U.S. today. As he says in your cover story: “This is not the America my parents came to.” And yes, “He’s come to realize that he can’t help the country make the kind of changes he thinks it needs from a TV studio or operating theater at the hospital.” (“Oz for America,” March) devin wenfree Boston, Mass.
I’m a conservative Republican residing in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Why is Newsmax supporting Dr. Oz for the Pennsylvania seat for the U.S. Senate? Dr. Oz is a Republican In Name Only. He has advocated for gun control, supported Obamacare, and is very “woke.”

MEANING OF LIFE In your analysis of current judges’ opinions of Roe v. Wade, I saw no mention of following the science of abortion. Since the 1980s, the life sciences have made tremendous strides. So, let’s follow modern science: At the moment of conception, something is created that has unique DNA in all the universe. It doesn’t match the mother’s DNA, so it’s not “part of the mother’s body.” It moves, grows, consumes, excretes,
and can die. Therefore, it meets the scientifi c defi nition of life. I hope the Supreme Court justices consider these arguments in their Roe v. Wade deliberations. (“The Death of Roe,” February)

DO AS YOU SAY Let’s create a list for all offi ceholders to abide by. No exceptions. No elected offi ceholder shall hate America here, nor make comments abroad. Nor shall they work to undermine our values and way of life. If you come from another country, we expect you to assimilate. If you vote to defund the police, never call them to help you — and hiring your own security is not allowed. If you vote to abolish single-family housing, tree- fi lled neighborhoods, and peaceful suburbs, you cannot live in such a place either. If you vote to enforce masking and vaxxing, then you must obey at all times. (“2022: America at a Crossroads,” January)
