J Pullan & Sons Completes Industrial Letting at Howley Park Estate Morley
Acting on behalf J Pullan & Sons, CBRE’s Industrial team in Leeds has completed a deal on a 41,598 sq ft warehouse/ industrial unit at the Howley Park Estate in Morley, Leeds. Food and beverage packaging company Coptrin has relocated to the site having taken a 10-year lease on the unit. The family-owned company is amalgamating 4 regional sites into its new headquarters facility, a move which will facilitate its continued growth.

Residential valuations specialist Chris Jackson has joined property auctioneer Pugh as associate director and will be based in the firm’s Leeds office.
With a decade’s experience in the Yorkshire property auctions market, Chris will take on a lead role in growing the auction business in the region.

Fisher German Doncaster
A leading property consultancy in Doncaster has made two new hires in its commercial team as it becomes the biggest of its kind in the city.
Fisher German has welcomed senior associate Charlie Wood and graduate surveyor Jess Berry into the team, growing it to six.
The team, which negotiates and completes deals in a wide range of commercial sectors, including industrial, retail, office, and investment, is now looking to build on this momentum.

Bradley Hall to Market Space in £31M Leeds Development
A fast-growing property specialist is to market a commercial unit in a prominent residential block being constructed in the heart of Leeds city centre. Bradley Hall is bringing to market a prominent ground floor commercial unit in the £31million Springwell Gardens development on Whitehall Road, Leeds.
The 4,037 sq ft unit features a prominent shop frontage and will benefit from high levels of footfall and passing traffic. Springwell Gardens will act primarily as a residential block and will house 223 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments over 16 stories. The development is expected to be completed by September 2023.
