Award-Winning Enviromental Consultancy Arrives At Birchwood Park
TEP offers multi-disciplinary environmental services supporting sustainable development across the UK, to clients such as Homes England, National Grid, the National Trust and many other household names. TEP’s experienced teams deliver valuable environmental advice including arboriculture, ecology, planning, landscape design, land management, green and blue infrastructure and sports facility services.
Established in 1997, TEP has remained based in Warrington due to its transport network, including easy access to motorways and cities such as Manchester and Liverpool.
The North West’s vibrant business community has supported the company’s growth over the last 26 years and it now boasts more than 150 staff spread across five office locations throughout the UK.
The company’s new office at Birchwood Park is ideally placed in the heart of the region to support ongoing projects both locally and nationwide.

Birchwood Park, the North West’s largest out-of-town business destination, is delighted to welcome an award-winning environmental consultancy to Birchwood Park following a move from the Genesis Centre.
The Environment Partnership (TEP) will be taking a 6,558 sq. ft space in 401 Faraday St, one of the Park’s flagship buildings that provides flexible office suites to meet business needs.
