Groundworks are Underway for the Spectacular Dove Way Site in Uttoxeter


Option C Unit A


Dove Way, Uttoxeter, will see the development of two new industrial and logistics units totalling 139,747ft², all to be delivered before the end of Q2 2024.


Positioned within direct access to the A50 linking to the M6, A38 and M1, Uttoxeter lies in a strategic location in the centre of the country providing excellent access to the north, south, east and west.


Dove Way will offer two new units from 34,455ft2 to 107,822ft2. Each unit will benefit from an excellent specification including a glazed entranceway, 15% roof lights, floor slab load 50Kn/m², concrete delivery yard, 10/12 metre eaves and a mix of level and dock level loading doors. It is anticipated that the units will achieve a BREEAM assessment of Excellent.


Both units will be available to purchase or lease.
