of XTFX introduced me to the ELEMENTS guys at IBC and I was very impressed. They just seem to be thinking about things in a different way, when a lot of the industry has become increasingly commoditized, based on generic solutions. ELEMENTS ONE is that it has got an art deco, almost Bakelite or enameled style, front panel. It’s that kind of visual design sense that points to a level of care and detail in other areas. It’s just the right kind of sensibility you want from a vendor. I’m relied upon to make sure everything works


seamlessly. I have to know that whatever I say we have to invest in, is something I trust. When you’re spending this much money and it’s the backbone of what you do, you have to be able to rely on it, and it’s creators. Your reputation is built on your ability to deliver.
