My textile / mixed media journals and wall hangings celebrate my discovery through creative play using many techniques including rusting, ecoprinting, hapa-zome, natural dyeing and stitching. Words add depth of meaning. Greeting cards available. Do come and enjoy the studio, garden, refreshments and maybe have a go at some creative play yourself.

ICONOGRAPHY MAGDALENE CHAPEL AND ALMSHOUSES


PAINTING, PHOTOGRAPHY


A collection of different icons on display with work in progress. The studio is in a historic site with a beautiful garden and chapel. I am learning this ancient art form both in Bethlehem and locally with John Coleman (Ikon John).

SUE HAZELWOOD AND BRIDGET GANDER CERAMICS, POTTERY, SCULPTURE


Sue and Bridget’s work is informed by nature and the local countryside.


Sue focuses on hand-built vessels with highly textured glazing finishes. She is developing wall art pieces inspired by the landscape.


Bridget’s animals have individual personalities and are constructed by hand using a variety of clays and glazes. She is working on more sculptural pieces based on folklore. 7A, Northover, Glastonbury, BA6 8AA
