Treston’s work is often thrown on the wheel, although this is not exclusive, fired to stoneware temperatures, glazed with matt and semi-matt surfaces or decorated with coloured slips and oxides. Other work is coated with layers of fine liquid clay, which is then burnished at the leather hard stage.


Fiona Holmes is an emerging artist who focuses mainly on sculptural pieces.
