THE ARCHAEOLOGY OF DESTRUCTION PHOTOGRAPHY, NEW MEDIA, PAINTING, INSTALLATION, SITE SPECIFIC


A new collaboration between artists Jenny Graham and Farmer Glitch investigates and responds to the disused industrial sites in and around Yeovil. An exciting collaboration between artists working in different disciplines which includes sound, video, photography and found objects.


Farmer Glitch (sound / electronics) and Jenny Graham (painting / printmaking / photography) will also show examples of their individual practices in separate gallery spaces.


Special events on 22nd September as part of Wyrd Wild West Experimental Music Festival.

Paintings are mainly impressionistic or semi-abstract using watercolour, acrylic or mixed media. I like to experiment in my studio with ideas sketched out in situ or in response to music, literature and the environment. I continue to enjoy exploring abstraction, focussing on bold colour and line.
