CHRISTMAS 24th – 26th December A time for families to get together over this three-day period! Tis can start on Christmas Eve with a warming casserole before the big event on Christmas Day when everyone enjoys that very special meal whether it be traditional turkey, beef, lamb, pork or game – it’s a time for celebration! Looking ahead to Boxing Day and what could be better than cold meats, with pickles and sides.
So make sure your customers are well catered for with the best festive fayre and accompaniments.
Don’t forget in the run-up to Christmas it’s a time for friends to gather over formal dinners, casual suppers and parties so plenty of opportunity for increased sales.
NEW YEAR’S EVE – 31st December Te last opportunity of the year for a celebration with many opting for dinner with friends and others going all out with a party.
NEW YEAR’S DAY – 1st January Te first bank holiday of the year when roasts are oſten the order of the day.
BURNS NIGHT – 25th January A night for quoting Burns, feasting on haggis with neaps and tatties all washed down with a dram or two. And for customers who aren’t so keen on this traditional delicacy why not promote your range of sausages!
