In the region’s longest- running superyacht refit yard, the Orams Marine team has built a maintenance hub, complete with recently upgraded facilities; a 820 tonne travel lift allows large yachts to haul out in the central city, while buildings which accommodate the travel lift give those yachts access to an enclosed work environment. An additional 600 tonne slipway as well as a number of other marine travel lifts mean yachts, support vessels and tenders can be hauled for an efficient refit period. There’s also a wide range of services onsite such as customs clearance and immigration.

VESSEL WORKS


A superyacht haul-out facility located in Tauranga. Vessel Works is purpose built to lift commercial and recreational vessels ranging from 15 to 55 metres in length, with a lifting capacity of up to 350 tonnes. One of the notable features is its open yard, which allows vessels undergoing refits to have unlimited contractor access, providing a suitable setting for completing refit projects to the owner’s specifications.
