Care team to handle any concerns that may arise during the stay. They will expertly take care of anything the captains and crew may need while they are in their refit period, focusing their efforts on daily needs, guided tours and leisure activities. The crew can join organised tours which include round trip transfers from/to NCA REFIT shipyard for maximum comfort or request a specially customised tour.
Once the crew is welcomed at NCA REFIT, Customer Care will provide them with a procedure booklet with all the useful information about the site such as the arrival procedure, security rules, access procedures, and logistics procedures and a phonebook in which they will find some suggestions for medical assistance, taxi services, car rental, as well as local customs, public transport timetables and other information the crew may need. In addition, they will receive information and guidance on local restaurants, pubs and fun activities to do during the weekend.
A 24/7 concierge service is also available for both reservations and information, the concierge is an experienced ex-chief stewardess so she is aware of specific crews’ needs. She will help them with everything outside the site and she will support them in finding the right accommodation according to their needs, assist them with
rental paperwork, car rental, help with doctor’s appointments and whatever else they should desire.
