Electric Dreams Briggs & Stratton’s commercial brand ‘Vanguard’ provides a full range
of lithium-ion batteries from 3.8kWh to 10kWh, providing up to 100kWh of energy when connecting ten batteries in parallel. The battery packs have been designed and tested to withstand extreme temperatures, vibration, impact, moisture and dirt and are both IP66 protected and can be pressure washer cleaned after a hard day's work. Featuring two customisable CANbus networks, which can be integrated with legacy systems, and a plug-in-ready sharing system makes the batteries very versatile. Incorporating its own BMS and using wire bonding technology the batteries are designed with added layers of safety. “The Vanguard battery packs are the perfect solution for a broad
range of hire industry applications as they all use a one charger. They are brand and equipment agnostic, meaning that irrelevant of the equipment brand and its usage there is one charging system for all.’ The Vanguard Lithium-Ion batteries come with a three-year commercial limited warranty as standard,” explains Paul Bramhall, Vanguard’s director of marketing EMEA. Vanguard is also launching the new single cylinder 400 engine with
EFI and ETC technology, delivering maximum power in extreme operating conditions. The electronic fuel injection system combined with electronic throttle control makes it the perfect source to combine
