designed with up to 40% fewer components than some traditional tools, extending working life and reducing maintenance, states the company. They are also said to require low air consumption and

to give reduced vibration levels. Portable compressors are available

Latest Genquip Groundhogs

Genquip says it will display an enhanced and updated range of Groundhog mobile and static welfare units, range manufactured to cope with the changing requirements of hirers and users. It adds that, whilst environmental issues are of great importance, so are product usability and longevity, and that it has taken time to listen to client feedback for continuous development. Personnel will be on hand to explain the company’s after-sales service and training

programmes on safe use and maintenance. Genquip offers a CPD-accredited training course at the Groundhog factory, and any visitors booking a training course at the Show will receive it free of charge.

Avoid risks with C.Scope

C.Scope is exhibiting at the Show for the

first time, displaying its range of cable avoidance and

cable detection equipment. It says that before and during any kind of ground penetrating works, such products should be used to protect against the risk of personal injury and damage to buried cables and pipes. The DXL4 cable avoidance tools and SGV4

signal generators come with a three-year warranty and do not require periodic recalibration. A fully automatic daily self-test facility checks that the unit is in working order before use, with the results recorded and stored in a data file. This allows users to produce a product validation certificate as required.
