When it comes to direct to foil, Secabo’s TPD7 Premium pneumatic double-plate press is a hot candidate. The DTF process requires a heat press with proper heat and pressure distribution. Dual-head presses increase speed of production.
This is where Secabo’s TPD7 Premium comes in. The automatic, pneumatic double heat press suits professional textile personalisation needs when working with large quantities. In the fi rst place are high heat output and heat capacity of the heating plate with a good heat distribution. Temperature fl uctuations are reduced to a minimum thanks to state-of-the-art controller. The pneumatic pressure is easily adjustable and reproducible. The pressure is applied vertically, ensuring fl awless transfers without misalignment.
The two wok surfaces, each with a size of 40x50cm, allow signifi cantly higher throughput. As the productivity of the latest DTF printers increases, heat presses have to keep pace. With a dual-head press, one print can be prepared while the other is being pressed. Specifi cally, Secabo’s TP-Series can be equipped with a quick-change system that allows different base plates to be used on the left and right sides, e.g. for a full-surface front print and a small print on the sleeve.
Finally, the stable base stand provides an ergonomic working height. A foot switch is included for easy operation of the pressing head.
