The innovative line is the fi rst to support high volume digital garment production. Incorporating a powder shaker and drying unit, it has been designed to help screen printers and large and medium sized textile printing specialists as they transition from analogue to digital production capabilities. Highly responsive to different run lengths and built on state-of-the-art solutions developed in Europe, the Pro D1600 can run at speeds in excess of 20m sq/hr. High quality production is fully supported with optimised fi lm sourced from Europe.

The Pro D1600’s specially designed inkjet print head confi guration of three Ricoh print heads supports fi lms up to 1600mm and its newly developed DTF optimised Ricoh Pro DTF Ink ensures high speed jetting and high white opacity. Ricoh is certifi ed by the Global Organic Textile Standard Accreditation programme (GOTS) – a voluntary accreditation programme that requires all raw materials


to be certifi ed organic to a recognised international or national standard. It covers processing practices, inputs and requirements for environmental management, social responsibility and safety as well.
