Nova Chrome UK is pleased to introduce its new entry level desktop DTF solution – the OtterPro M30.
OtterPro M30
With an XP600 head and advanced maintenance features, the M30 improves on the previous generations of A3 DTF printers. The Otter M30’s compact design and print width of 30cm (11.8in) make it an ideal choice for those looking to produce one-off and short runs of DTF transfers – without the added cost or turnaround times associated with using a DTF transfer printing service. Included with the system is OtterRIP, which provides a simple but powerful method of preparing your fi les for print. Automated nesting for producing gang sheets is available, along with discrete control of print quality modes, ink loads and ICC profi les – helping you achieve perfect prints each time. The OtterPro M30 provides three production speeds, with the highest production rate producing 4m sq/hr (720x900dpi). Also available are 720x1080dpi (2m sq/hr) and 720x1440dpi (1.2m sq/hr). Automated head cleaning and white ink agitation come as standard, with ink recirculation only having to be performed by the turn of a switch every three days – thanks to Otter’s new ink formulation, OtterPro Ultra. Finally, an integrated fi lm trimmer is supplied with the system for those opting to powder and cure via the optional Otter DTF Oven.

Roland DG
Delivering razor-sharp details The TY-300 DTF production transfer printer from Roland DG made its Japanese debut in September 2024 and arrived in Europe in January. Designed with advanced print heads and a new generation of DTF inks, the TY-300 delivers razor-sharp details, from fi ne lines to small text and stunning photographic designs.
The TY-300 was launched with an optional inline shaker/ dryer unit, offering a full DTF production set up from Roland DG to complement the entry level BY-20.
