P&P LIVE! 2022 Review We are so glad to be back!
The Printwear & Promotion team headed out onto the exhibition floor to hear the thoughts of just some of our visitors that attended this year’s exhibition.
“We are both first time visitors. We have wanted to come before, but the timing just wasn’t right. We mainly came to find new T shirt suppliers, we are quite interested in Russell and Neutral, because of the sustainable and organic aspect. Also looking at purchasing a new multi-head from Barudan. It’s an absolutely brilliant show and we enjoyed our visit.” - Fiona Pratt and Brett Craddock of Fi’s Embroidery Box
“We saw plenty of new equipment and clothing that we are looking to purchase. We even met some of our suppliers and said hello, something that we wouldn’t normally do when we visit. The big thing this year seems to be the direct to film printers, which was really interesting to see and we wouldn’t have seen if we weren’t here!” - Leoni Frame and Olivia Howard of TP European Solutions
“I received an invite from Xpres and decided to visit for the first time. I found the show to be really impressive. It makes a diff erence to see products in the flesh. I discovered Recycled Clothing Co. and they look really fascinating. I’ll definitely visit again in the future.” - Penny Banks of Pungo & Menny
“We were excited to be out again and meeting new suppliers. We’ve come away with a lot of information that is helping us to form a better idea of what our purchasing requirements will be going forward for the next couple of years. Everyone is just so friendly and the show has such a lovely atmosphere.” - Chris Lewis and Nick Lewis of DS Screen Prints
“The exhibition is always eye opening. This year we visited to find out more about direct to film printing as we are looking at adding this to our off ering – it’s definitely the future of garment decoration. The show was very good this year and I’ll definitely be back.” - Bruce Brown of SignDesign
“It’s been an interesting visit. There’s been a wide range of tech to see and hopefully we will make some purchases later on. We came mainly to see the direct to film printers and to see if it is what it’s meant to be. I think it’s going to be a gamechanger.” - Barry Barclay of Customize Screen Print and Embroidery
“We come every year to see what’s new in the garment decoration market. There’s always plenty of variety and we just love visiting year on year. This year’s show in particular met our needs as we launch a new clothing brand and we will definitely be coming back!” - Shinda Gill and Peter Mann of Alpha Omega Apparel
“The show was excellent for me this year. It really was. I think the show was as busy as when I last attended. It was really fantastic. I attend all three days and for me it’s a mini break! I didn’t have any intention of buying anything, but have come away with a new ZSK embroidery machine.” - Frank Dunn of Sewstitch Designs
“We are regular visitors to the exhibition and this year came to look at direct to film printing. Looking to add this to relieve some of the work that our Roland VersaCAMM currently does. Quite interested in the Sublistar model on the Midwest Machinery stand. The show is definitely a worthwhile visit as it helps us to re-energise the business.” - Sian Pomfret and Chris Pomfret of Motif8
“I’ve had a great day out! It’s great to be back and see everybody again. I came to see if there was anything new and to re-establish friendships with suppliers.” - Ian Simpson of IMAGIS
