P&P LIVE! 2022 Review AN UNMISSABLE REUNION!


The unmissable reunion was just that, unmissable. After a two-year absence, Henbury Brands had several newcomers to hang up for the first time among the staple favourites. Stand E20 and E32 were home to eight brands with E20 showcasing Henbury, SF, Finden+Hales, Tombo and Towel City, while E32 gave a spotlight to Mumbles and Larkwood.


Meeting with customers, old and new, big and small, was the highlight of the event – connecting on a more personal level to answer questions or present products. After a long time of speaking behind a screen, the team really welcomed the opportunity to engage with customers feedback and allow them to feel the quality of our brands.


The big story presented among many was sustainability and the team couldn’t be prouder to have such a diverse offering across the brands, using fabrics such as organic cotton, recycled polyester and regenerated cotton – a new fabric construction reducing fabric waste from the brands’ factories. The full sustainable collection was presented within the rails as well as collectively displayed on stand E20 for full impact. This was a big talking point with several customers as they shared the team’s excitement for the impressive fabric hand feel and the number of styles available. sweat, hoodie, fleece and polo while Tombo added a performance tee, Mumbles launched its very first recycled polyester soft toy and Front Row, a sherpa fleece – which is in high demand already! SF’s co-ordinated collection was a big talking point containing retail styled tees, sweat, joggers and shorts, some of which can be paired with Larkwood’s matching sweat and joggers – a match made in heaven.


As every year, the rumble continued in the Mumbles’ jungle with visitors excited to see the new styles and on-site demonstrations for print and embroidery including tips for framing. The new Zippie and Print Me Sloth were clear favourites followed by the sweet animal blankets with embroidery zip access.


Both of Henbury’s brand reps, Grace Mellow and Lee Mills, usually spend their time on the road visiting customer but reunited with the Henbury Brands’ office team on the stand for the show duration where they got to know even more businesses that were eager for a visit after the show.


The show certainly grew excitement for the year to come for both the Henbury Brands’ team and customers alike.


It was a pleasure to be back at P&P LIVE! this year, welcoming back attendees new and old to this great event. After so long away it was our first opportunity to showcase our new Craghoppers Expert range directly to the wider market. We had some very positive meetings and conversations on the range, with the sustainability and Gore-Tex stories driving great opportunity and new business moving into the future. It was reassuring to see the Craghoppers Expert Brands’ awareness has been doing well in the market, with customers actively looking for our stand as well as attracting new customers through our strong stand presence at the show.

A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE Stanley/Stella had a wonderful experience throughout the three days at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! The entire team was very excited to see many of their customers and prospects in real life again. The 100% Belgian treats brought to Birmingham proved to be very popular (not in the least by the many children that came by on the Sunday). Overall, a great experience to be repeated next year!
