P&P LIVE! 2026 Review Laura Moss, Digital Marketing manager at Kit Builder.

With customisation of any kind there is a lot of back and forth. There’s a lot of time involved. It takes a long time to get approvals for proofs, emailing, changing logos, sizes, colours. With Kit Builder all that is reduced right down. If you want those print ready files, you can take that process out completely. It’s easier for everyone. It’s easier for our clients and for their clients as well. It’s also fun to go on your website and customise something yourself, I think everybody likes doing that.

We love coming to P&P it’s our UK show. It’s really nice for us to see our clients as well.

Tim Randall, CEO of Zigaflow.

It’s great to be able to meet people in the flesh, getting out and being able to talk about what we’re doing and really connect to people on a personal level; especially with something like software and the way we are today with remote calls. To be able to meet people is great.

It is our second time at the show and it’s been better than last year. I think there may be an element of being more well known so people are walking to us recognising us more whereas last year people would have been asking more about who we were.

Andy Rogers, marketing director at Stahls’ UK

What I have loved is the enthusiasm of the people attending. They’re not just here to look around but they want to be here and actively engaging in conversation. They’re excited to learn something, and there are a lot of smiling faces; it’s been good.

If you’re watching this and haven’t attended before I would encourage you come along in future because I think it’s a great time. There is lots to see and you will learn something.

You get out of it as much as you put in, so try to talk to as many people as you can.

Andrew Maylor, managing director at Madeira UK.

This is a really good show for us to engage with, speak to new and old customers; some of which we may only see once a year at this show.

It’s a good opportunity for them to come and see us spend some time with us and look at examples of embroidery and see how they can improve their own. Embroidery can be quite hard an you need a lot of support and advice if you’re new to it, so it’s a good way for us to talk through what hey need and what to focus on initially and help them build experience over the years.

There are. A lot of key areas people struggle with, one being trying to get smaller designs more accurate. The smaller you go the thread can clump up and can make it really hard to read the work. We can give these people different hints and tips and even point them to some products that could help with this problem.
