P&P LIVE! 2026 Review The buzz of the industry
During times of great economic uncertainty, it is a joy to see Printwear & Promotion LIVE! bring such energy to the NEC this year. Across the three days, visitors flocked to see the latest innovations and products that they can take forward into 2026. With so much to see, it was difficult to witness it all, so here is our attempt to give a sense of this year’s show.

rintwear & Promotion LIVE! was another huge success! The co-located event welcomed 165 exhibitor stands with visitors across the three days, almost touching 6,500, just shy of 5,000 coming in via the Printwear entrance. Another 1,500 attended via Sign & Digital UK.
As usual, the first day on Sunday was the busiest with 2,700 in attendance.
The show has, for many years, been a launch pad for new equipment, and this year’s event did not disappoint with the latest additions and expanded ranges on display from more than a dozen of the industry’s major suppliers. Once again, the vibrancy and diversity of the industry were on display with more than 60 garment suppliers showcasing their latest styles, colours, and fabrics.
Event director, Tony Gardner, said: “Feedback from the industry indicates that as a whole the printwear sector in the UK has remained pretty static over the last year. “Consequently, we were very pleased to see a virtually identical turnout to the number of visitors to last year’s P&P LIVE! What really stood out to so many this year was the investment made by the exhibitors in the quality of their stands and displays.
“There is always a buzz at the show, and you could really feel the energy across the halls.
“We are delighted to have received so many positive comments on the event from both visitors and exhibitors.”
