P&P LIVE! 2026 Review Positive return

UK and Ireland Mimaki distributor, Hybrid Services, enjoyed a positive return to this year’s Printwear & Promotion LIVE! with the exhibition providing an excellent platform to engage with a broad cross-section of the garment decoration and promotional products market. The company’s stand featured a carefully curated selection of Mimaki solutions, designed to demonstrate how the technology can support businesses at different stages of their development.

Andy Gregory, sales director at Hybrid Services – “From companies taking their fi rst steps into professional garment decoration through to established operations looking to expand their production capabilities, the conversations we enjoyed at the show refl ected a strong appetite for reliable, high quality digital solutions.” “The range of applications we had on display resonated

strongly with visitors, particularly those looking to diversify their offering and bring more production in-house. It was clear that many attendees arrived with specifi c ideas in mind but were equally open to exploring new opportunities once they saw what was possible,” he explained. “Printwear & Promotion LIVE! continues to be an

important event for connecting with this sector. “We met visitors at many different stages of their business journey, and it gave Hybrid a valuable opportunity to demonstrate how Mimaki technology can support that growth.”

P&P LIVE! is all about proper, face-to-face conversations. This year, we had great feedback on the quality people already know us for, and real interest in the wider head-to-toe range. The message was clear: decorators want a complete off ering they can trust, and simple ways to add value with a genuine point of

diff erence. That’s exactly what we’ve focused on with the extended range, the cord change options, and the multi- catalogue website.

A personal highlight was seeing those ‘wow and Oooohh’ moments on the stand when visitors got their hands on the garments, especially the Gemini W76 hoodie. You could see it instantly: people felt the diff erence

– David Mitchell, head of marketing

High engagement and strong orders Asquith Group enjoyed a successful three days at the exhibition, with a busy stand and strong interest across its range of labels and heat transfers. Woven badges were a particular highlight, while visitors also explored the company’s woven and printed labels and heat transfer solutions, assessing quality and fi nish fi rst-hand. Large numbers of sample packs were distributed throughout the show, with branded tote bags - containing brochures and product samples - seen across the exhibition hall. The event also delivered commercially, with orders secured during the show and several promising new enquiries. Asquith Group is now progressing post-show discussions and is reviewing plans to exhibit again next year.

Jeff Keam, managing director at Asquith Group – “An excellent show with visitors looking for something different to advance their businesses forward.”

The show was awesome, it was great quality and a good consistency of people, and people we have worked with before which is useful for us to show what we’re doing new and what new products we have.

“It was a really engaging show with a wide range of people, whether they want 50 or 10,000 pairs we got that diversity
