Welcome to the latest issue! The event of the year is finally here - IAAPA Expo in Orlando. The entirety of the industry has this one on the calendar, and while it’s clearly not to be missed from a business and networking point of view, Susan Storey is right - it’s also a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with peers, uniting a vast extended amusement industry family (page 5). And it really is an event that speaks for itself, so I’ll say no more other than to go to pages 42-45 for just a snippet of what to expect! On the subject of IAAPA, we interview someone who is not only a member of the IAAPA Hall of Fame but who has also twice served as IAAPA’s director. Check out this month’s Industry Insider feature with none other than John Wood of Sally Dark Rides on pages 28-29.
