They pointed out that "Each experience is ultra-realistic and is designed to empower children, give them the confidence to be better people, and inspire them to be better global citizens." However, adults play important (real) roles; the project has its own architects,

graphic and industrial designers, pedagogues and ludologists, who are the ones who carry out the educational contents of the activities. The installations where the role-play games take place are authentic and have been designed by the companies and allied brands that in each country join the project. Therefore, for example, banks are a miniature copy of adult real offices. The range of replicas is very wide. Some of the options are police station,

racetrack, bank, ice cream parlor, hamburger, veterinary clinic, newspaper, radio station, fire station, police station, hotel, painting school, hospital and tax collection office. Cities also have a Congress that changes every year and that is made up of

children. The process to be part of the Congress is, first, to register in the loyalty program; then they reach a category that is 'Honorable Citizen' where they automatically become candidates to be congressmen. These congressional representatives legislate for a year, in six sessions, and

with their opinion KidZania learn about what interests them; for example, to integrate new professions, which means for the company to look for new allied brands.

KidZania´s economy This aspect is the axis of the operation of the activities of each city. KidZania's

economy is carefully designed to involve children in learning the business cycle, teaching them the values of work and helping them to understand how the process of exchanging money for goods and services works. KidZania cities operate with their own currency, called "kidZo", which allows

participants to learn about monetary management by winning kidZos through employment, allowing them to acquire goods and services as clients, save in bank accounts, invest in the long term, pay taxes and even contribute to the community through donations. KidZos are issued in banknotes in denominations of 1, 5, 10, 20, 50 and

100. Children receive a 50 kidZos check as part of the admission, which can be charged to the bank, allowing visitors to start spending your kidZos immediately; then they can earn more through the many jobs available. For example, they can go and pay their entrance to the Disco Lounge or do

their nails in the beauty salon. The prices of products and services vary according to the principle of supply and demand. The goal of financial education is reached when children learn about how

taxes contribute to the benefit of the community. A part of their salary is discounted to cover taxes, as in the real world. Most cities in KidZania have their own tax office where children can pay their contributions to the KidZania Nation.

What’s new? Recently KidZania has released several new features. Maricruz Arrubarrena, commercial director of the company, confirmed the opening, before the end of 2018, of the new city that will be located in Guadalajara (Mexico). Arrubarrena reported that around 170 people currently work to complete the conditioning of the areas. She emphasized that the employment opportunities that the project will generate in the city are very important and added: "We ask that the young people who work with us, be students, if they are from high school they must be over 17 years old, as well as university students, we give them the opportunity to have a flexible schedule. We are currently working with the State Government (of Jalisco) that has been supporting us to make the mass call. " KidZania Guadalajara, which represented an investment of more than US $

13 million, will be a novelty since for the first time technological activities will be developed, in interactive points, where parents or adults in general will be able to participate with the small citizens. What’s more, in September 2018 KidZania made an alliance with the Electoral Institute of Mexico City. Through it children visiting the facilities of the Santa Fe Shopping Center in the capital of the country, may be pollsters, develop projects for Citizen Consultations on Participatory Budget and exercise the function of electoral observers, in exchange for remuneration, naturally in kidZos.
