Light & Wonder signs deal with Blueprint Gaming
Light & Wonder, Inc. has struck a major long-term deal with existing OPENGAMING partner Blueprint Gaming.
Through this four-year extension to the existing agreement, content provider and aggregator, Light & Wonder have ensured its extensive operator network will continue to have access to Blueprint’s slot games, which are among the best performers on the OpenGaming platform.
Blueprint is regarded as one of the biggest slot developers in the UK where the company is based, while its games perform just as strongly across Europe, as well as in Canada following its recent entry into the regulated province of Ontario.
The studio is renowned worldwide for developing premium branded games based on iconic fi lm and TV shows, including The Goonies, DEAL OR NO DEAL and Rick and Morty, while it continues to build game families around iconic titles such as EYE OF HORUS and Fishin’ Frenzy. In addition, Blueprint’s progressive jackpot system, “Jackpot King”, remains hugely popular with players across the globe.

Greentube acquires Present Creative
Greentube has acquired US development studio Present Creative as the company continues its growth strategy in North America. The acquisition will see Greentube further expand its presence in the US, where it has made signifi cant inroads over the last 12 months, with the supplier bolstering its local product offering. Present Creative is a US based development studio with a proven track record of creating content for the iGaming and iLottery sectors. The studio brings signifi cant experience from its background in both real-money and casual gaming and has created its own original and innovative games, a number of which were recently approved to be released by the Michigan State Lottery.
Through the acquisition, Greentube will gain a local team focused on game design and sales in the US. The acquisition will boost the capabilities of Present Creative, as well as increasing the speed to market of its content roadmap. Greentube entered the US in September 2021 and is now live in New Jersey and Michigan. The supplier has also received a licence to operate in the Canadian province of Ontario and has ambitious plans to further grow in North America. agreement with Sega Sammy Creation
Bragg Gaming Group has entered into a licensing agreement with Sega Sammy Creation Inc. (SSC), a globally recognised provider of slot games for land-based casino slots, pursuant to which Bragg has exclusive rights to distribute select titles from SSC’s popular content portfolio to iGaming operators in the USA, UK and other global markets. The partnership between Bragg and SSC furthers the Company’s content-led strategy, bringing to Bragg’s partner lineup a new and globally recognised content provider with strength in the growing North American market. Sega Sammy Creation is a unit of SEGA SAMMY Group, the Japan-based holding company best known for its pachislot and pachinko machines businesses as well as its SEGA-branded video game entertainment systems, arcade games, and content. Under the terms of the exclusive licensing agreement, Bragg will license select SSC titles, adapting the games for the North America, European and other regulated online gaming markets. All titles developed using SSC’s intellectual property will join the “powered by Bragg” library of exclusive slot titles from its partner studios.
