SG acquires Authentic Gaming to enter live casino


Scientific Games has acquired Authentic Gaming which marks the company’s first move into the Live Casino market and significantly enhances the Scientific Games product portfolio.


This acquisition marks another milestone in Scientific Games’ strategic plan as the company continues to execute its vision to become the leading cross platform global game company. Scientific Games continues to invest in strategic growth opportunities to focus on game diversification and expansion in a growing US iGaming market as it becomes a digital and content led growth company. Globally, the Live Casino market comprises approximately 30% of the iGaming market and is a key product vertical for players. The acquisition strengthens Scientific Games in-house development capabilities to build world-leading Live Casino products that will provide immersive experiences for players globally and allow the company to further leverage its content IP, land-based relationships and leading OpenGaming platform for accelerated growth in this exciting channel.


Based in Malta, Authentic Gaming has a proud history of providing the European iGaming market with a range of live casino products that have been shaped with player preferences and market trends in mind. The company is currently integrated with over 30 European operators, including leading brands Entain, 888, Betway Group, LeoVegas, Mr Green and many others .

Inspired agrees online Virtual Sports contract with Mozzart


Inspired has signed a contract to launch its best-in-class interactive Virtual Sports content with Mozzart, a leading iGaming operator in Eastern Europe. Inspired has agreed to supply Mozzart with the Virtual Plug & Play solution, which will allow Mozzart’s players to access multiple Virtual Sports online, including soccer, basketball and football, via a direct wallet integration.


Initially VPP is expected to launch in Mozzart’s core market Serbia. Mozzart has agreed to deploy Inspired as its primary Virtual Sports channel across all brands and territories. “Mozzart is a leading online gaming operator in Eastern Europe and we are thrilled to become their primary Virtual Sports provider across all brands and territories,” said Brooks Pierce, President and Chief Operating Officer. “Mozzart and their players are familiar with Virtual Sports and we look forward to expanding the breadth of their offering with our award-winning Virtual Sports.” “Inspired has a wide array of Virtual Sports offerings and they are able to customize them, allowing us to tailor the product to our core markets, ensuring high engagement from our players in each territory,” said Katarina Masal, Virtual Games Sector Manager at Mozzart. “With Inspired’s content, we can offer multiple channels of single match and Matchday soccer as well as European and US basketball, horse racing, car racing and even marble racing. Greentube expands Germany presence with Interwetten


Greentube, the NOVOMATIC Interactive division, has further extended its reach in Germany after signing a new deal with leading operator Interwetten for the distribution of its content. Games from Greentube’s extensive and varied portfolio, including Chili Bomba, Star Supreme and 40 Fortune Fruits 6, as well as titles from the popular Diamond Link Series, are set to go live with the operator later this month. Interwetten’s long-established online brand offers customers in Germany a market-leading offering across both sportsbook and casino.

The latest tier-1 operator partnership will help Greentube offer its content to an even wider audience as it continues to forge new deals across Germany following the opening up of the country’s regulated market on July 1st.
