Novovision qp CI Feb26.indd 1 WWW.CASINOINTERNATIONAL-ONLINE.COM Editor’s comment

Hello and welcome one again to another issue of Casino International. The year went from dragging to flying, and now we’re heading into Spring, which means Christmas must be just around the corner.

I could be wrong.

Anyway, here we are, taking things easy in that massive gap between ICE and G2E. Yes, I know there’s an industry event pretty much every week somewhere, but I’m always happy to be in this ‘in between’ time of the year when you can just chill, watch the press releases flying, and know that someone somewhere is already designing their booth for Vegas!

This is a particularly sexy issue, as we have some excellent additional features on top of all our region round-ups. Firstly, I got to speak with Konami’s Senior Director of Marketing and Communications at ICE, and I bring you the highlights of this chat early in the issue.

We (and by “we” I mean me and the gerbils) also have a profile on the Metropolitan Group this month, as well as my own personal diary of ICE. And yes, that does just mean I downloaded all the photos from my phone and added ‘hilarious’ captions. Don’t complain. It could be worse. You want more pictures of roulette tables? No. I didn’t think so. Sit down.

Anyway, as you might imagine we have updates from LATAM, Africa, Macau, Chips, Bacon and Mushrooms. Damn. It’s lunch time isn’t it. I knew I should have eaten before trying to write this. Anyway, I’m off down the cafe.

Be seeing you. Matt
