IGT Systems elevates the player experience in Washington State

I

GT recently made several announcements that further validated the

company’s position as a leading casino management system (CMS) provider in Washington State. The blended Class II-Class III market has a unique regulatory environment – one that requires a savvy supplier such as IGT to navigate effectively and more importantly, to creatively work within to drive the player experience forward. IGT’s flagship CMS, IGT Advantage, shines as

an example of how continuous systems innovation and a dedicated focus on propelling the player experience can result in a world-class casino optimization and patron management tool. IGT’s recent announcement that Red Wind Casino selected IGT Advantage and a collection of other IGT systems products to replace a competitor’s CMS was just the latest of the company’s success stories in the region. In just three short years, IGT has more than tripled its IGT Advantage footprint in Washington State. “Washington State represents a very dynamic

market, and one where IGT increasingly demonstrates its deep commitment to casino management systems,” said Nick Khin, IGT Chief Commercial Officer, Gaming. “Our Washington-based customers value the depth and breadth of IGT’s systems portfolio, and are confident in our capacity to build upon our existing portfolio with new innovation, and to secure meaningful, often

complex, regulatory approvals.” One such regulatory

approval recently crowned IGT the first casino supplier to have a Single-Ticket solution in Washington State – meaning that players can now use a single Ticket-In, Ticket-Out (TITO) ticket to move money to, from, and between Class II and Class III gaming machines. IGT Advantage customer Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort in Suquamish,

Washington, was the first operator to successfully implement this change on its casino floor. Similarly, IGT has introduced a myriad of bonusing applications in Washington State that aid operators in cultivating world-class patron loyalty programs, driving play, and differentiating their casino floors. IGT is well-positioned for a next big systems

move in Washington State with the Company’s Cardless Connect mobile technology. Already deployed with major casino operators in Nevada and California, Cardless Connect enables players to use their mobile device as a patron loyalty card. “Introducing mobile

technologies such as IGT’s Cardless Connect that enhance the land-based casino environment represents an important step in modernizing casino floors,” added Khin. “Regardless of a casino’s type or size, operators can benefit from giving their players a mobile option for experiencing loyalty benefits.”
