Once the resin application is complete, you can place the work tray and labels into the Opal Curing Oven. This oven enables production of touch dry labels in just 90 minutes, ensuring a seamless workflow. The OpalXL machine sits perfectly on top of the oven, or the oven can be used independently alongside one of Liquid Lens’ doming kits. The OpalXL has an optional upgrade to allow you to use the new 1,500ml resin cartridge via an interchangeable cartridge housing unit and piston system, while still accommodating a standard 400ml cartridges for flexibility in production.
