Soyang Hardware celebrates showroom relaunch with open day event

n October 23 and 24, Soyang Hardware hosted a two-day open day event, which offered visitors the chance to view solutions from several leading manufacturers. The event served as the relaunch of Soyang Hardware’s updated showroom in Swavesey, Cambridgeshire. Those in attendance had the opportunity to view live demonstrations of both print and finishing hardware from brands such as Fujifilm, Mimaki and Keencut, as well as RIP software solutions.


Among the highlights were the Fujifilm Prime 30, a UV flatbed printer that is


Hybrid, a flatbed and roll-to-roll UV printer that runs at speeds of up to 141m sq/hr. Mimaki also had a strong presence, with its Mimaki CJV150 and Mimaki UCJV330.

In addition, staff from Soyang Hardware were running live demonstrations on the Bubble Free Pro, a flatbed laminator that allows a single operator to mount and laminate materials quickly while eliminating the danger of bubbles or creases.

Zund UK and swissQprint showcased value-added innovations in print and finish at premier one-day event n October 2, industry


professionals from the print and graphics sectors were invited to attend a premier event hosted by Zund UK.


Zünd, swissQprint, Antalis, and Compass Business Finance joined forces to demonstrate profitable sales growth strategies for leaders in digital printing and signage production. Attendees gained insights from industry experts through engaging demonstrations and practical advice on designing, producing, and selling value- added solutions to customers. A series of live demonstrations took place throughout the day, focusing on


print and finish innovations designed to create value-added product offerings. swissQprint presented a range of print applications, showcasing neon colours, varnish, droptix 3D effects, relief printing, and fabric printing. These innovations, combined with high-precision printing, are set to enhance product offerings, adding value to large format printing. Zünd demonstrated the benefits of digital cutting, focusing on new, innovative finishes that align with the latest industry trends. Highlights included 3D relief carving, sustainable POS, and stretched fabric applications


Attendees also learned about optimising operations with an effective print &


cut workflow. The latest PrimeCenter software, developed in collaboration with Caldera, showcased advanced capabilities in streamlining workflow and reducing material waste.
