Sign & Digital UKReview SDUK: Creator of relationships
Without our wonderful exhibitors, there would be nothing for our eager-eyed visitors to find, buy or even be curious about. For the show review, the Sign Update team delved into what our exhibitors thought.
SDUK provided
the BSGA team with an excellent opportunity to reconnect with our members and engage with our industry colleagues, both familiar and new. Events such as this serve as a reminder of the skill, resilience,

and united spirit that underpin our sector. The Sign Makers’ Village provided a vibrant space to celebrate the expertise, knowledge, and craftsmanship within our sector. It offered a platform for open dialogue and the sharing of knowledge and best practice across our industry’s varied disciplines. The energy and engagement throughout the Village reflected the dedication, creativity, and collaborative culture that defines the UK signage sector and its reputation for nurturing talent and mutual support.

pleasure to be part of Sign & Digital UK this year. It was a good opportunity to network with existing clients and forge new contacts, both on the exhibition floor and at the various events held alongside the show. Our Print Mastermind meetup was a particular highlight, as was the chance to celebrate the best of the trade at the Sign Industry Awards. The show also provided a vital platform to
increase our profile through the Knowledge Centre and the BSGA Sign Makers’ Village. Taking part in panel discussions and presentations allowed us to tackle the real commercial issues facing sign business owners and feedback from the attendees was very positive.
– Colin Sinclair McDermott, The Online Print Coach This is our
fourth year we have exhibited here, and the reason why we do it is
because of the interest. For signage this is fairly new, so it’s great when people are coming up to us and saying ‘we’ve seen this, I don’t know what it is called but I’m interested in it.’ That’s what we love, meeting people for the first time that have seen something that they may have an application for – it may not be immediate but down the line a customer might ask them for something like this and they can say we saw GoboPlus at Sign & Digital; I’ve got their details let’s see what they can do. That’s what this is all about and that’s why we are here.

This was the first time INV Recruitment has exhibited at SDUK, and the team did a great job – they were very communicative, helpful, and supportive throughout. I was able to make new connections and also speak face-to-face with people I’ve worked with in the past. I also hosted a networking event for Women in Signs and Graphics in The Sign Makers’ Village with the BSGA, which was a great opportunity to bring existing and new members together. I would definitely consider exhibiting again and am excited to see what the team has planned for the future.
