Imageco takes delivery of HP Latex 830W T
he addition of a HP Latex 830W will see Imageco further enhance its production capabilities and
environmental credentials. The wide-format print, signage and creative display solutions provider already operates a fleet of HP Latex 800W machines, but took the decision to build on this setup with the addition of another HP machine. The HP Latex 830W runs at a maximum speed of 36m sq/hr in outdoor mode on media as wide as 1.63m. Other features include the ability to process rolls as heavy as 55kg, while users also benefit from a white ink option.
In addition, as with all HP Latex devices, the printer uses HP Latex water-based inks, which have far less impact on the planet than other ink types. Nathan Swinson-Bullough, managing director of Imageco, said the machine fits in with the company’s long-term targets, both in terms of production capabilities and its sustainability goals. J&A International explores new business outlets with installation of VeloBlade

&A International has enhanced its capabilities to produce wide-format printing thanks to the installation of a new VeloBlade Nexus.
The digital die-cutting system from Vivid Laminations has allowed the Spilsby- based company to run jobs unattended for extended periods, saving time and improving productivity.
Improving output speed and meeting growing customer demand were key priorities, especially within its signage division and the production of its Ultima removable industrial launder transfer range. The company explored various options but took the plunge on Vivid’s machinery, having stood out for its high performance and speed.

CV Graphics extends print options with HP Latex 800W investment

uddersfield-based signage and vehicle graphics business CV Graphics has praised the impact of its new HP Latex 800W, revealing how the printer has allowed the company to speed up print production and enhance its environmental offering to customers. CV Graphics is committed to keeping its production machinery up to date. This approach led the company to invest in the HP Latex 800W, with its previous printer from a different manufacturer having reached a point where repairs were becoming too frequent and costly.

Strzalko, said: “We needed a new machine capable of printing white, and the new Latex printer allows us to do just this. We were also impressed with the fast drying times on the machine, as well as how it would help us save money on consumables. CV Graphics has mainly been using the
machine to produce vehicle wraps, but such is the flexibility of the printer that Ms Strzalko said the company plans to explore other areas and markets – with its environmental credentials to serve as a key selling point for the business.
