MSPs Microsoſt’s formal recognition of this gap in its ecosystem and

its decision to address it signal a significant shiſt in how MSPs will be supported going forward. Microsoſt is publicly recognising the strategic importance of MSPs in delivering enterprise-grade services to SMBs and is actively working to facilitate the seamless delivery of multi-tenant Microsoſt management. According to a market study from Dawn Capital, 63% of MSPs

are already Microsoſt Solution Partners, and a further 73% of MSPs expect Microsoſt adoption to increase over the next two years. For MSPs, the #IntuneForMSPs initiative will aid that deeper adoption, facilitating easier access to streamlined multi-tenant management tools, deeper integration with Microsoſt 365, and a clear roadmap for AI-powered services. For their customers, particularly SMBs, it translates into more consistent service delivery, stronger security postures, and faster adoption of enterprise-grade technologies. As one of only two founding ISVs selected by Microsoſt to

launch #IntuneForMSPs, Inforcer meets with Microsoſt’s product teams and has input into future roadmap decisions, ensuring that the needs of MSPs remain front and centre as the collaboration develops.

Q: How will the partnership impact Inforcer’s mission and wider community? Inforcer was built to solve the multi-tenant management challenge for MSPs, and this partnership validates the company’s mission at the highest level. With a single web console, MSPs can securely manage all of their clients without needing to juggle multiple Microsoſt management consoles, while also ensuring that tenants are secured and aligned to accepted frameworks. Being named a founding vendor in the #IntuneForMSPs

initiative demonstrates our continual alignment with Microsoſt’s long-term vision for the MSP ecosystem, especially as we move forward in the AI era. Tis collaboration allows us to deliver even greater value to

its community of partners. Our community will benefit from enhanced integrations, new enablement resources (including webinars, training sessions, and community events) and priority access to Microsoſt’s evolving MSP ecosystem. We will be able to provide access to exclusive insights, training, and networking opportunities that help MSPs drive their Microsoſt adoption journey forward, increase revenue opportunities, and ultimately win more Microsoſt business. Our partners are already realising significant ROI in multiple

areas: automation of policy delivery has dramatically reduced manual work and risk exposure, freeing engineers to focus on higher value initiatives. Continuous monitoring allows MSPs to be proactive rather than reactive with Microsoſt 365 security, strengthening both service quality and customer trust. Notably, many partners are now launching new managed services around the Microsoſt tenant, creating entirely new revenue streams. For example, Infinity Group, a 2024 Microsoſt Partner of the

Year finalist, has reduced tenant hardening time by 95% (from 80 hours to four), reduced policy deployment times by nearly 99.5% per tenant (from 15 hours to four minutes), and cut third- party endpoint security costs by £600,000 annually through consolidation onto Microsoſt Defender with Inforcer.

www.pcr-online.biz Additionally, global MSP and financial services IT specialist,

Cloudbox, has reduced the time taken to perform a gap analysis by 87.5% (from four hours to 30 minutes) using Inforcer’s assessments against CIS benchmarks and reduced policy deployment time by 87.5% (from approximately two hours to just fiſteen minutes). As we move forward as part of #IntuneForMSPs, one of our

primary missions is to ensure our MSP partners’ readiness for AI-powered services. Following the release of our Copilot readiness assessment in early Q4, our roadmap plans include an expansion of our existing AI capabilities, deeper integration with Microsoſt Security, and broader enablement for MSPs globally.

Q: How does Inforcer help MSPs meet the rising SMB demand for AI readiness services? AI readiness is no longer a future goal; it’s a present-day requirement. AI is now widely recognised as a tool that can automate tasks, boost productivity, enhance decision-making, and drive development. SMBs are looking to tap into these benefits and, in doing so, are increasingly looking to their MSPs for guidance on how to adopt AI tools like Copilot. Inforcer is helping MSPs meet this demand head-on and ensuring that they can help customers implement AI tools securely and responsibly. Fundamentally, tenant security is at the heart of AI readiness,

protecting businesses from unwanted data exposure or malicious attacks. We are already helping over 800 MSPs lay the security foundations required for AI readiness by facilitating the multi- tenant management of Microsoſt 365 security policies. Te ability to manage Microsoſt 365 and Intune environments at scale, with built-in support for policy enforcement, compliance monitoring, and automated remediation, is essential for MSPs looking to lay the security foundation for their customers’ AI rollout. As SMB demand for AI services rises, Inforcer’s capabilities

are expanding to support data orchestration and protection, a key prerequisite for agentic AI services. We will soon be launching one of our most significant feature releases, which includes a comprehensive Copilot readiness assessment that MSPs can run across their customers’ environments. Te Copilot readiness assessment focuses on the critical

areas MSPs need to evaluate before introducing Copilot to their customers. Te assessment analyses key areas such as Microsoſt 365 usage and productivity patterns, data governance practices, including data loss prevention, tenant security posture, and licensing. By surfacing insights in these areas, this feature enables MSPs to have more strategic conversations with their customers around their Copilot rollout. We are starting to roll out support for Purview policies, which

facilitate data security, governance, and compliance. As a secure, orchestrated data layer is fundamental to any subsequent AI strategy, being able to manage Purview through Inforcer will equip MSPs to meet the rising SMB demand for AI readiness services with confidence. Notably, this is only the first step. Over the coming months,

we will introduce even more AI-driven features to help MSPs and their customers thrive in the era of intelligent cloud
