rganisations modernise their IT infrastructure for many reasons: to support cloud adoption, to run hybrid

Yet too oſten, performance problems appear aſter deployment. IT teams can find they have configuration errors, cabling faults, or Wi-Fi coverage gaps that disrupt their operations, add cost and make achieving a business return harder. For the IT channel, these kinds of network


problems can be an open door for service opportunities. Beyond the traditional product


sale that involves supplying hardware, resellers and distributors can add network assurance services into the mix too. Tis involves proving that a customer’s network performs as intended, documenting results, and providing ongoing validation throughout the project lifecycle. Te challenge here is that even the best-planned


network designs can behave unpredictably once deployed. Environmental conditions, mixed infrastructure, or simple configuration mistakes can affect performance. Customers expect partners to deliver not just the right products, but confidence that the network meets business requirements from day one.
