Pan-European deal expands TD Synnex’s managed print Portfolio

TD SYNNEX has made a pan-European distribution agreement with Vasion Print, formerly PrinterLogic, extending its North American partnership to channel partners across the UK, Germany, the Nordics, and Benelux. The deal brings Vasion’s cloud-native print management solutions to European resellers, enabling businesses to eliminate print servers and consolidate print environments into a single, secure SaaS platform. Vasion Print’s direct IP printing architecture supports office, thermal, and mainframe print streams, offering features such as driver deployment, secure release printing, and guest web print. The solution is designed to reduce infrastructure complexity, enhance security, and improve scalability for organisations ranging from micro-SMBs to large enterprises. Brandon Lieberthal, Vice President, PCs, Print & Supplies,

Europe at TD Synnex, said: “Vasion Print’s SaaS solution represents a significant advancement in how businesses manage their printing infrastructure. For partners, this is a fantastic opportunity to bring a differentiated and highly relevant solution to their SMB customers.” Christiana Christenson, Global Vice President of Channel Sales at Vasion, added: “Our research with IDC indicates that 75% of the world’s printers operate unmanaged, creating inefficiencies and vulnerabilities. TD Synnex’s reach and experience will help us deliver secure, cost-effective print management across Europe.” Vasion Print is currently available through TD Synnex in select European markets, with further expansion planned. Partners are advised to contact their local TD Synnex entity for availability and onboarding support.

TP-Link achieves first Wi-Fi 8

connection TP-LINK SYSTEMS has announced the successful completion of a Wi-Fi 8 connectivity test, marking a significant step forward in next-generation wireless development. Conducted in collaboration with industry partners, the test demonstrated data transmission using a prototype device, validating both beacon signalling and throughput performance. With increasing device density and demand for bandwidth-intensive applications, the new standard aims to prioritise connection stability, coverage, and seamless roaming, particularly in congested environments. The breakthrough confirms the feasibility of Wi-Fi 8, and unlike previous iterations, which focused on peak speed, it is engineered to support simultaneous device connections with minimal latency, even at extended distances from the router. The technology is expected to enhance user experience across residential and enterprise settings, supporting AI, IoT, and real-time applications.
