WHAT’S #INTUNEFORMSPS?
In this Q&A, Christian Nagele, chief strategy officer, Inforcer, discusses the company’s partnership with Microsoft and how it solves the multi-tenant challenge for MSPs.
O
n 16 September 2025, Microsoſt launched its #IntuneForMSPs initiative, designed to help Managed Service
Providers (MSPs) solve the challenge of multi- tenant management across Microsoſt 365 and Intune environments. By partnering with Inforcer, Microsoſt is
equipping MSPs with multi-tenant management capabilities that will help them streamline their operations, reduce complexity, and enhance service delivery. Yet, #IntuneForMSPs is about much more than just tooling: it is a formal recognition of the untapped potential of the SMB market for Microsoſt, and the importance of MSPs in making their enterprise-grade technology accessible. As a wider programme, #IntuneForMSPs will provide MSPs with the support, enablement, and, of course, tools that they need to scale their services, improve security, and prepare for the next wave of development, including AI-powered solutions.

Q: How will the #IntuneForMSPs announcement impact the MSP industry and MSP customers? #IntuneForMSPs is a new initiative designed to empower MSPs with the multi-tenant management tools and enablement they need to deliver Microsoſt 365 services more efficiently. Te launch of #IntuneForMSPs marks a
pivotal moment for the managed services sector. For years, MSPs have faced a fragmented experience when managing Microsoſt 365 and Intune across multiple tenants. Without the relevant tools, multi- tenant management has meant spending countless hours on repetitive tasks across tenants, troubleshooting inconsistent policies, and switching between disparate portals. We have seen MSPs spend between two and 40 hours per tenant configuring and deploying Microsoſt 365 policies.
