THE PCR AWARDS is an evening dedicated to celebrating excellence within the industry. This year’s event, hosted by Shaun Williamson – best known for his role as Barry in Eastenders – featured a top-quality dinner that framed the awards ceremony itself.
Held at the popular Brewery, the gathering of guests this year underscored the immense power of networking within the industry. Despite being a sector that specialises in technology, it’s important to remember that, at its core, this industry is about people— their ideas, collaborations, and innovations. We passionately believe in the importance of highlighting excellence within the industry. This celebration extends to people, companies, and the unwavering determination and resilience displayed, sometimes in the face of adversity. The PCR Awards serves as a platform to honour the remarkable businesses and individuals driving the industry forward. We were greatly impressed by the dedication of those who submitted their nominations, showcasing an undeniable will to succeed across the board. With hundreds of entries this year, many did not make the shortlist – but don’t let that discourage you from trying again. The shortlisting process was as challenging as determining the winners.

The judging panel faced the tough task of selecting winners from a pool of exceptional candidates, rising admirably to the challenge. Some wins were extraordinarily close, resulting in highly commended awards. The festivities continued into the after-party, where the star attraction was Shaun’s popular Barrioke, with many guests getting up on stage to belt out a song or two. Additionally, the 3-D photo booth entertained guests, while the more competitive attendees enjoyed the racing simulator.
